  1. Download the app

    Free on iOS and Android. One download serves every SchoolAide school, so there is nothing school-specific to hunt for in the store.

  2. Find your school

    Enter the email your school has on file and confirm the 6-digit code. SchoolAide finds every school linked to your account. Or skip typing entirely and continue with Google or Microsoft.

  3. You're in

    Your children's wallets, attendance, and school modules load automatically. Parents with several children see every wallet in one place.

Only you can pay.

Money and children's data deserve more than a password. Three of these are settings a parent can open right now.

  • Biometric everything

    Unlock the app with your face or fingerprint. Turn on Payment Security and every QR payment, fee payment, and transfer demands a second biometric confirmation.

  • Slide to pay

    Transactions confirm with a deliberate gesture rather than a tap, so nobody pays by accident. A live countdown on the QR code means a stale code never charges you.

  • One account, one phone

    Each account is cryptographically bound to a single device. A sign-in from an unknown phone is stopped, and moving to a new phone uses a time-limited transfer code that signs the old device out.

  • Encrypted at rest

    Tokens and credentials live in the iOS Keychain and Android encrypted storage, never in plain text.

  • Auto-lock

    The app locks behind a blurred screen after as little as 15 seconds, adjustable up to five minutes.

  • Small details, big habits

    Copied reference numbers wipe from the clipboard after 90 seconds. On Android, screenshots are blocked outright.
