Is my family's data safe?

Sessions are encrypted on-device in the iOS Keychain or Android encrypted storage, each account is locked to one verified phone, and biometric checks guard both the app and every payment. Reflect check-ins are visible only to the student.

My school isn't on SchoolAide. Can I still use it?

SchoolAide works with schools, not around them. Ask your school administration to reach out — schools can start with payments and attendance and enable more modules any time.

What happens if my child loses their TAPSO card?

Open the app and freeze the card with one toggle — it stops working immediately. Unfreeze it just as fast when it turns up.

I have three kids at the same school. Three accounts?

One account. Parents see every child's wallet, attendance, and insights in one app, and choose which wallet pays at checkout.

What does topping up cost?

The exact fee for your chosen method — GCash, QRPh, or card — is shown before you pay, itemised: what the wallet receives, what the payment costs, and what you pay in total. No surprises on the receipt.

Do features look the same at every school?

The core — wallet, transfers, attendance, notifications — is everywhere. Modules like QR Pay, online fees, insights, and Reflect are enabled per school, so your app matches what your school has turned on.
