Your classes and your learners' data belong to you. Nothing here needs anyone's permission.
One learner
Learners → the menu on that row → Remove from roster. Their scores are kept but hidden, and support can undo it while the class is still inside its retention period.
One class or one gradebook
Class settings → Delete class. The confirmation is honest about the cost: "Its roster, subjects, scores and report cards go with it. Take an export first if you need one." A subject gradebook goes the same way, from Subject settings → Delete gradebook.
The whole account
- Settings → Delete my account.
- Read the modal, then press Delete in 30 days.
- You are signed out with: "Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days. Sign in before then to cancel."
For those thirty days nothing is destroyed. Signing in with Google or Microsoft cancels it and you land back on your dashboard — "Deletion cancelled. Your gradebook is back." A password or a passkey will not find a scheduled account, so if one of those is your only way in, message us on the Facebook page with your support reference before the thirty days are out. After that it is gone for good.
If you simply stop using it
- 12 months with no sign-in: the account and its classes are archived, and become read-only.
- 24 months: everything is deleted — learners, scores, documents and exports.
You are warned four times before those steps, and every warning carries a Keep my account active button. Signing in is enough on its own; there is nothing else to do and nothing to pay.
Before any of it
Take an export. The class list and the consolidated grades are one press each. A purged account cannot be rebuilt — the audit trail outlives it, but that trail never held a name, an LRN or a score.
