Open the class → Release cards → the term. The four counters across the top — emailed, bounced, to print, rendering — say where the batch stands, and the list refreshes itself every few seconds. Find the learner's row.
What each state means
- Pending. Released, but the PDF is still rendering. The email goes out on its own the moment the card is ready.
- Emailed. The link left our end. Ask them to check spam.
- Delivered or Opened. It arrived, or somebody opened it. Nothing to do.
- Bounced. The address refused it, or it had refused mail before and nothing was sent.
- To print. No email on file, so the card is in the print batch.
A bounced address
Press Fix and resend on that row. Type the corrected address and press Send the link. That also updates the roster, so next term goes to the right place, and typing an address in by hand clears it from our do-not-send list — your correction is the human check that list waits for.
If the address is beyond repair, press Print instead and hand the card over on paper.
No email on file
That is not a failure. Print is a first-class channel here. Press Print N cards for the batch, or Print the whole class for one PDF with every card, one per page, behind a cover sheet. When it is ready you get a notification in the bell with Download the print batch. Tick each learner as you hand theirs over — that tick is yours; nothing else can know it.
The link expired
A card link lasts 30 days, and sending a new one retires the old. Press Resend for a fresh link.
Nothing is ever lost: the card is rebuilt on demand from the same grades, and its reference code stays the same.
