Start with the panel
Tap the learner's number in the TERM GRADE column to open Explain this grade. It shows every activity, every component percentage and weighted score, the initial grade, the table and the term grade. Compare it with your ECR line by line before changing anything.
The usual reasons
- A blank against a zero. An empty cell here is not recorded and leaves both sums. Your ECR may be treating the same blank as 0. Type
0if the learner really scored nothing, orXto excuse them. - Rounding along the way. The engine carries the initial grade to four decimals and rounds once, at the end. A sheet that rounds each component percentage to two decimals can land a point away.
- The Examinations composite. Summative Test 1 at 30%, Summative Test 2 at 30% and the Term Examination at 40% are combined before the Examinations weight is applied. Hand computations often skip this step.
- A different transmutation table. Press G on the class record for Grading tables: it names the table in use, cites its DepEd order, and lists every band so you can read the grade off yourself.
- An activity left out. On the Activities page an activity can be set to Leave out of the grade. Its scores stay, but it is out of the computation, and it shows struck through in the grid with a Left out tag.
- An adjustment. The ADJ. column moves the term grade after the table is read; the initial grade and the table reading stay exactly as computed. It is not part of DO 015 — it is recorded, shown in the explanation and audit-logged. Blank means none.

Message us on the Facebook page during business hours with your support reference and the class code. Do not move a score to make the two agree: the order is the authority, and the panel shows the working either way.
